Björn SigBjörn, manager of the company, has worked in Norwegian and Swedish dairy industry for more than 40 years. The employers have been TINE (Norway's Dairy Cooperative), Svensk Mjölk (Swedish Dairy Association), Norrmejerier, Milko and Arla Foods before starting MILKUM. Björn has a M.Sc. in Dairy Technology and Engineering from Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Before and during the studies practical dairy experience were carried out at several dairies.


Björn SigBjörn has for more than 35 years contributed to Scandinavian dairy and food magazines:

• Mælkeritidende (Denmark)
• Livsmedel i Fokus (Sweden)
• Nordisk Mejeriinformation (Sweden)

Björn SigBjörn is formerly secretary of the Association of Swedish Dairy Technology (ca. 500 members) and formerly president of the Council of Nordic Dairy Technology.
